Uppfinnare: S. W. Wallin, Vid framstallning ay s.
Inventor: S. W. Wallin, In the manufacture of a. If the belt is released after winding is completed, it will immediately detach completely from the rudder, whereby the contact between the cam flange and the rudder ceases and the rudder becomes impermeable to the heat transfer spirit. The strap must therefore be firmly attached to the tube in order to remain in place and for the contact between the strap and the strap to be maintained. This fastening of the tape must take place, while the rudder and tape remain with all their tension in the winding machine. Previously, this was done by welding the tape to the pipe. Fastening the strip by welding to the pipe, however, entailed certain inconveniences, even if the pipe, as is often the case, is of relatively thin material, it is easy to burn the same during welding. The present invention provides another way of fixing the strip.
Bifogade ritning visar i fig. 1-3 dels .ett spirallindat kamflansror, sett fran sidan, dels i sektion tvenne alternativa utf6- ringsformer av infastningsstallet mellan band och icor, yid linjen a—a i fig. 1. I fig. The procedure in question is characterized mainly by the fact that the band, apparently at the end ', event. also in another place on the pipe, fastened (sparred) to the pipe by winding Over a so-called deformed part of the pipe fixed in such a way that the cross-section of the pipe in this place is changed. This prevents the belt from moving in relation to the tube. What the deformations of the tube look like Or not, of any greater importance but the main thing Or, .that the section where the band is fastened is not a stripe. The attached drawing shows in Figs. 1-3 partly a spirally wound cam flange tube, seen from the side, partly in section two alternative embodiments of the fastening stable between band and icor, along the line a — a in Fig. 1. In Fig. 1 Or sj diva the tube is denoted by 1 and a band wound on the tube is denoted by 2. At 3, ie in the case of spirits, the tube is deformed in and before the fastening of the band.
Fig. 2 shows an embodiment where the pipe is flattened at the fastening stall and Fig. 3 shows another embodiment where the deformation for the fastening is made in the form of a depression pressed into the pipe. The deformation of the tube can, as previously pointed out, also be carried out in another way, but the embodiments shown in Figs. In this way, no special fastening device is required for the pipe in the machine, but the pipe only needs to be threaded over a mandrel with grooves or recesses, which fit the shape of the pipe.
