Abstract

The modules are for building a wooden house with several floors, each module comprising rectangular, vertical and equidistant frames of ceiling joists, floor joists and connected wall beams. The frames are connected with longitudinal upper and lower beams incorporated in the wall beams. The lower beams are of glued wood and support the modules. The glued wood beams rest on plates, which extend sideways from vertical steel beams or columns. The steel beams are the same height as the modules and are joined to each other. The steel beams are integrated in the module walls and are bolted to the longitudinal beams.
