Abstract

The fireproof and insulating panel (1) comprises two surface layers (2, 3) kept spaced apart along the panel edges (1A, 1B) by spacer elements (4, 5) joined to these layers. The core material (6, 10) is enclosed by the surface layers and is bonded via first fastener layers (11, 12) to the surface layers, spacer elements and/or second fastener layers (13, 14). The core material is secured to the surface layers and/or second fastener layers, or between pairs of fastener layers close to the middle (15) of the panel.
