Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بمزرعة نسيجية ثلاثية الأبعاد three-dimensional tissue culture ، تشتمل على خلايا غضروفية chondrocytes في قالب صناعي متوافق حيوياً biocompatible artificial matrix ، بها الطبقات الآتية على الأقل: طبقة أولى موضوعة على أو بالقرب من سطح القالب surface of the matrix ، حيث تتميز الخلايا الغضروفية chondrocytes بشكل غير كروي non-spherical shape و توضع متوازية إلى حد كبير مع السطح على امتداد أطول أبعادها؛ و طبقة ثانية مغطاة جزئياً على الأقل بالطبقة الأولى حيث يكون متوسط كروية الخلايا الغضروفية للطبقة الثانية أعلى من متوسط كروية الخلايا الغضروفية للطبقة الأولى؛ ويفضل طبقة ثالثة مغطاة جزئياً على الأقل بالطبقة الثانية، حيث توضع الخلايا الغضروفية في أعمدة ممتدة في القالب، حيث يحتوي كل عمود على خليتين غضروفيتين two chondrocytes على الأقل. من الممكن استخدام تلك المزرعة النسيجية على سبيل المثال كغضروف صناعي artificial cartilage في الجراحة surgery. كما يتم الكشف ايضاً عن طريقة لإنتاج تلك المزرعة النسيجية ثلاثية الأبعاد three-dimensional tissue culture. شكل 1.
