Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع بخلية كهروكيميائية electrochemical cell، وتجميعة خلية كهروكيميائية electrochemical cell assembly، وطريقة لتجميع تجميعة خلية كهروكيميائية. تتضمن الخلية زوج من مجمعات تيار current collectors واللذان عند توصيلهما معاً يكونان تجميعة قطب electrode assembly ثلاثية الأبعاد مع غشاء تبادل أيوني ion-exchange membrane موضوع بين المصعد anode والمهبط cathode لتجميعة القطب. يتم تحديد حجم مجمعات التيار وتشكيلها بحيث يقل حجم غرفة متفاعل reactant chamber ثلاثية الأبعاد لأحد مجمعات التيار الوضع المتداخل لجزء على الأقل عن حجم غرفة متفاعل ثلاثية الأبعاد لمجمع التيار current collector الآخر. يسمح هذا التصميم بالإضافة، أو الإزالة، أو الاستبدال السهل والمباشر لخلايا في تراص لتلك الخلية بأسلوب الوحدة النمطية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، فإن سهولة تركيب وفك الخلايا على مشعبات المتفاعل reactant manifolds يعزز سهولة تجميع بنيات تراص stack structures ثنائية أو ثلاثية الأبعاد. شكل1
