Abstract
طريقة لتفكيك/ تجميع توربين غازي gas turbine يشتمل على لوح منع تسرب gas turbine موضوع على جانب أول من القرص الدوار rotor disc في الاتجاه المحوري من قرص العضو الدوار وجزء تقييد لوح منع التسرب لكي يتم تقييد حركة لوح منع التسرب بالنسبة لقرص العضو الدوار في الاتجاه القطري من قرص العضو، وتشتمل على خطوة التحويل من حالة تقييد لوح منع التسرب seal-plate-restraint-state أثناء تشغيل جزء تقييد اللوح من الجانب الثاني في الاتجاه المحوري من خلال الخلوص clearance بين المنصة الخاصة بالشفرة ومنطقة السطح المحيطي الخارجي من القرص الخاص بالعضو الدوار باستثناء حز الشفرة blade groove الخاص باستقبال الشفرة لكي يتم التحويل بين حالة عدم تقييد لوح منع التسرب seal plate non-restraint state حيث أن جزء تقييد لوح منع التسرب لا يعمل على تقييد حركة لوح منع التسرب في الاتجاه القطري وحالة تقييد لوح منع التسرب حيث أن جزء من جزء تقييد لوح منع التسرب يبرز في الاتجاه المحوري من لوح منع التسرب وبالتالي يعمل على تقييد حركة لوح منع التسرب في الاتجاه القطري. شكل1
