Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بمبادل حراري لوحي heat exchange elements للأجزاء الداخلية لمفاعلات كيميائية ثابتة الحرارة isothermal chemical reactors ، يشتمل المبادل الحراري اللوحي المذكور على مجموعة من ألواح التبادل الحراري heat exchange plates (1) تأخذ شكل مستطيل بشكل أساسي، حيث يشتمل كل لوح على جدارين walls (2، 3) يتم ربطهما معاً بامتداد محيطيهما، وحيث يشتمل كل لوح على مجمع أول مناظر للتغذية بوسط تبادل حراري إلى اللوح plate ومجمع collector ثاني مناظر لاستقبال الوسط المذكور من اللوح ، ويكون المجمع الأول والمجمع الثاني المذكوران مثبتين بجوانب متقابلة خاصة باللوح المذكور، ويشتمل واحد على الأقل (10، 30) من المجمع collector الأول والمجمع الثاني المذكورين على أسطح حدية والتي تكون مستوية ومتوازية مع الجزأين الطرفيين المستويين المناظرين (12، 13) من اللوح المذكور، لتوفير أسطح مسطحة ومتوازية للحام الآلي automated welding . شكل 2.
