يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بطرق, أنظمة, وجهاز, تتضمن برامج حاسوب يتم ترميزها في وسط تخزين حاسوب, لمراقبة تدفق كتلي في آبار جوفية. في أحد الجوانب, تتضمن الطريقة في لحظة زمنية, إرسال إشارة صوتية خلال قطاع عرضي لخط أنابيب يتدفق من خلاله مائع متعدد الأطوار يتضمن مائع غازي ومائع سائل, حيث ينقل المائع متعدد الأطوار جزء من الإشارة الصوتية خلال القطاع العرضي لخط الأنابيب ويتم تحديد, في اللحظة الزمنية, كمية أولى للمائع الغازي وكمية ثانية للمائع السائل المارين خلال القطاع العرضي لخط الأنابيب على أساس, في جزء, طاقة جزء الإشارة الصوتية التي انتقلت خلال القطاع العرضي وجزء على الأقل من إجمالي طاقة الإشارة الصوتية التي تم إرسالها. شكل 1ب.
