Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بتقديم ماسورة معدنية مطلية على قسم على الأقل من الماسورة المعدنية بنظام طلاء من البولي أولفين polyolefin ، حيث يتكون النظام من الطبقات التالية: (أ) اختيارياً، طبقة حامية واقية من التآكل من الكرومات chromate ، أو الفوسفات phosphate أو ملح آخر؛ (ب) المادة اللاصقة adhesive التي أساسها بولي أولفين ، يُفضل أن تكون بسمك يتراوح من 0.3 – 5 مم؛ (ج) طبقة طلاء من بولي ايثيلين polyethylene (PE) أو بولي بروبيلين polypropylene (PP)، يُفضل أن تكون بسمك يتراوح من 1 - 10 مم؛ (د) اختيارياً، طبقة تقوية التصاق بين المادة اللاصقة التي أساسها بولي أولفين polyolefin وطبقة بولي ايثيلين polyethylene (PE) أو بولي بروبيلين polypropylene (PP) ؛ حيث تحتوي المادة اللاصقة التي أساسها البولي أولفين على طور عضوي يتكون من هيدروكربونات مشبعة إلى حد كبير، وحيث تحتوي المادة اللاصقة على بولي بروبيلين غير متبلرة amorphous polypropylene ، بوليمرات مشتركة من إيثيلين- بروبيلين ethylene-propylene copolymers أو بوليمرات مشتركة من بولي (أيزو) بيوتيلين poly(iso)butylene (co)polymers ، بحيث تكون المادة اللاصقة
