Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بصمام أمان safety valve (10) لأبار الاستخراج مهيأ ليتم تركيبه في مقدمة fzv head of a well (11) وتضمين جزء من مادة أنبوبية tubular material (12) مدرجة إلى داخل البئر. وتكون المادة الأنبوبية (12) مجوفة من الداخل ومصممة لاحتواء ونقل الموائع والمواد الأخرى المستخرجة من البئر. يتم تزويد صمام الأمان (10) بفتحة مركزية تمر من خلالها المادة الأنبوبية (12) ويشتمل على نظام إغلاق blocking system (14، 16) مهيأ لتثبيت المادة الأنبوبية (12) المراد قطعها فيما يتعلق بصمام الأمان (10)، ومجموعة قطع وإغلاق (18) مهيأة لقطع وإغلاق البئر في ظل ظروف تشغيلية معينة، وآلية منع تسرب sealing mechanism (20) مصممة لتفعيل إغلاق البئر بشكل مانع لتسرب المياه بعد القطع. تشتمل مجموعة القطع والإغلاق (18) على صمام ثاقب hole saw (26) مبيت في غرفة ذات صلة من مجموعة القطع والإغلاق المذكورة (18). يدور المنشار الثاقب (26) من خلال وسيلة تشغيل بمحرك motorized actuation means (28) وتتم تهيئته للحركة بطريقة يتم التحكم فيها على امتداد اتجاه متعامد إلى حٍد كبير على اتجاه تطوير البئر. شكل 2.
