Abstract

يكشف الاختراع الراهن عن طريقة وجهاز لتحديد جودة التمييع fluidization quality في مفاعل ذي طبقة مميعة fluidized bed reactor. وتشمل الطريقة قياس الضغط pressure داخل المفاعل ذي الطبقة المميعة للحصول على إشارة ضغط pressure signal. ثم يتم تحويل إشارة الضغط باستخدام التحليل المويجي wavelet decomposition إلى أجزاء مفصّلة عالية التردد higher-frequency details وأجزاء تقريبية منخفضة التردد lower-frequency approximations. وبعد ذلك يتم حساب الذروة السائدة dominance للسمات المختلفة بالاعتماد على طاقة energy كل سمة بالنسبة إلى طاقات المويجيات المعايرة normalized wavelet energies. ومن ثم يتم تحديد جودة التمييع للمفاعل ذي الطبقة المميعة من مقارنة الطاقات المحسوبة مع مرور الوقت. انظر الشكل 1
