Claims (51)

d) второе неионное поверхностно-активное вещество с HLB в интервале от 5 до 18, присутствующее в количестве от 1 млн. д. до 0,5 мас. %, причем указанное второе неионное поверхностно-активное вещество имеет HLB по меньшей мере на две (2) единицы выше, чем указанное первое неионное поверхностно-активное вещество, и имеет молекулярную массу, превышающую молекулярную массу первого неионного поверхностно-активного вещества;
e) эмульгатор в форме поликарбоксилированного соединения, присутствующий в количестве от 1 млн. д. до 0,5 мас.%,
f) регулятор рН для поддержания величины рН указанной композиции в интервале от 6 до 10, присутствующий в количестве от 1 млн. д. до 1,0 мас.% по отношению к указанной композиции.1. Composition for anti-icing and anti-icing surfaces of the aircraft, containing
a) a basic compound representing propylene glycol, in an amount of 35 to 55 wt.%,
b) a diluent in the form of water as a carrier liquid of said propylene glycol, in an amount of 44 to 65 wt.%,
c) a first non-ionic surfactant with HLB in the range from 4 to 17,
d) a second non-ionic surfactant with HLB in the range from 5 to 18, present in an amount of from 1 million d. to 0.5 wt. %, said second non-ionic surfactant having an HLB of at least two (2) units higher than said first non-ionic surfactant and having a molecular weight exceeding the molecular weight of the first non-ionic surfactant;
e) an emulsifier in the form of a polycarboxylated compound, present in an amount of from 1 ppm to 0.5 wt.%,
f) a pH adjuster to maintain the pH of said composition in the range of 6 to 10, present in an amount of 1 million d to 1.0 wt% with respect to said composition.

d) a second non-ionic surfactant with HLB in the range from 5 to 18, present in an amount of from 1 million hours to 0.5 wt. %, said second non-ionic surfactant having an HLB of at least two (2) units higher than said first non-ionic surfactant and having a molecular weight exceeding the molecular weight of the first non-ionic surfactant;
e) an emulsifier in the form of a polycarboxylated compound, present in an amount of from 1 ppm to 0.5 wt.%,
f) a pH adjuster to maintain the pH of said composition in the range of 6 to 10; where the specified pH regulator is present in an amount of from 1 million d. to 1.0 wt.% in relation to the specified composition.

c) the first non-ionic surfactant with HLB in the range from 4 to 17, in an amount of from 1 million d. to 0.5 wt.%,
d) a second non-ionic surfactant with HLB in the range from 5 to 18, in an amount of from 1 million d to 0.5 wt.%, and the second non-ionic surfactant has at least two HLB (2) units higher than said first non-ionic surfactant and a molecular weight greater than the molecular weight of the first non-ionic surfactant;
e) an emulsifier in the form of a polycarboxylated compound in an amount of from 1 ppm to 0.5 wt.%; and
f) a pH adjuster to maintain a pH in the range of 6 to 10; where the specified pH regulator is present in an amount of from 1 million d. 1.0 wt.% in relation to the specified composition.
