Способ изготовления кристаллических элементов с линзообразными профилями, включающий химическое травление заготовки в жидком травителе, отличающийся тем, что в процессе травления заготовку размещают рядом с неподвижным относительно нее экраном, выполненным преимущественно из материала, устойчивого к агрессивному травителю, и заполняют травителем промежуток величиной не более 0,2 r, ограниченный с одной стороны обрабатываемой поверхностью заготовки, а с другой стороны - экраном, где r - наименьшее расстояние от осевой линии, проведенной через вершину линзообразного профиля травления нормально к поверхности заготовки (экрана), до края заготовки или экрана.1.
