Claims (1)
- Способ диагностики туберкулеза (Mycobacterium tuberculosis и Mycobacterium bovis), в котором применяют полимеразную цепную реакцию (Н-ПЦР), отличающийся тем, что ДНК выделяют в ТЕ-буфере с 1% тритоном, внешние праймеры и условия амплификации для каждого из этапов подобраны самостоятельно и представляют собой: INS5 -5'ggt ttg cgg tgg ggt gtcg 3' и INS6- 5' gtt gga tgc ctg cct cgg 3', амплификацию проводят в два этапа, температура отжига для первого этапа 60° (20 циклов) и температура отжига для второго этапа 72° (20 циклов), в Трис НСl, буфере с КСl, формамидом и твином, затем с помощью электрофореза разделяют продукты амплификации и под ультрафиолетовой лампой выявляют ярко-оранжевую полоску - ДНК образца на уровне ярко-оранжевой полоски - ДНК Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
