a nucleotide sequence (23 bp) encoding a polyhistidine tract in the reading frame of the UL32 gene, consisting of 6 histidine amino acid molecules;
unique recognition sites by restriction endonucleases having the following coordinates: KpnI - 2082; StyI - 1741; HindIII - 2558; NruI - 1361; SacII - 2290; PvuII - 53, 1413; EcoRI - 2589
