Ультразвуковой преобразователь, состоящий из корпуса с закрепленной на одном из его торцов пьезопластиной с прилегающим к ней демпфером, отличающийся тем, что демпфер выполнен из двух частей, причем часть, прилегающая к пьезопластине, выполнена из эпоксидного материала с наполнителем из порошка тяжелого металла или его окисла, а другая часть демпфера выполнена из резиноподобного материала с наполнителем в виде порошка тяжелого металла или его окисла с соблюдением условия согласования импедансов двух частей вблизи границы их раздела.1.
