1. Способ получения белковой биомассы путем глубинного культивирования гриба Pleurotus ostreatus на питательной среде в условиях аэрации с последующим отделением биомассы, отличающийся тем, что используют штамм Pleurotus ostreatus ВКПМ J -720 и культивирование ведут при рН 6,0 - 7,5
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что культивирование ведут отъемно-доливным методом в течение 30 ч с отъемом культуры в количестве не более 50% от общего объема культуральной жидкости.
