Способ лечения алиментарной дистрофии, включающий диетотерапию и медикаментозную терапию, отличающийся тем, что диетотерапию проводят в 3 этапа на основе баланса белков, жиров и углеводов и адекватной энергетической ценности на килограмм должной массы тела по следующей схеме:
1 этап
Белки, г/кг - 1,6-2,0
Жиры, г/кг - 1,6-2,0
Углеводы, г/кг - 4,5-6,5
Энергетическая ценность, ккал - 38,8-52,0
2 этап
Белки, г/кг - 2,0-2,5
Жиры, г/кг - 2,0-2,5
Углеводы, г/кг - 6,5-8,0
Энергетическая ценность, ккал - 52,0-64,5
3 этап
Белки, г/кг - 2,5-3,0
Жиры, г/кг - 2,5-3,0
Углеводы, г/кг - 8,0-8,5
Энергетическая ценность, ккал - 64,5-73,0
при этом продолжительность 1-го этапа составляет 12-15 дней, 2-го этапа - 15-20 дней и 3-го этапа - 20-60 дней, причем физиотерапию, витаминотерапию и медикаментозную терапию согласуют по времени и дозировке с этапами диетотерапии, при этом физиотерапию 1-го этапа дополняют оксигенацией, мониторной очисткой кишечника и общим ультрафиолетом, 2-го этапа - гипербарической оксигенацией и назначением кислородных ванн, 3-го этапа ультрафиолетом аутокрови и в ходе всех 3-х этапов назначают полиферментные препараты, растворы электролитов и 10-20% раствор альбумина, а на 3-м этапе дополнительно вводят ретаболил из расчета 1 инъекция в неделю, всего не более 3 инъекций.
