Устройство для эндохирургического наложения шва при пластике дефектов передней брюшной стенки, содержащее рукоятку и трубку, отличающееся тем, что трубка имеет канюлю и косой срез на рабочем конце, внутри нее установлен с возможностью осевого перемещения стержень, снабженный нитевидной петлей на рабочем конце и пружинным механизмом, размещенным между рукояткой и канюлей.1. Способ эндохирургического наложения шва при пластике дефектов передней брюшной стенки, включающий проведение лапароскопии, фиксацию шовной нити в устройстве и проведение ее через сшиваемые ткани с последующим завязыванием узлов, отличающийся тем, что для фиксации шовной нити в устройстве ее конец вдевают в нитевидную петлю, выдвинутую для этого наружу нажатием на рукоятку, устройство устанавливают перпендикулярно к поверхности кожи на уровне дефекта, осуществляют прокол кожи и подкожной клетчатки до наружной поверхности сшиваемых тканей, сдвигают его при необходимости вместе с кожей к краю дефекта или месту сшивания тканей, осуществляют сквозной прокол, выводят в брюшную полость петлю с нитью, конец которой с помощью зажима вытягивают из петли и удерживают, и, осуществляя устройством обратный ход, выводят его рабочий конец до наружной поверхности сшиваемых тканей, после чего сдвигают его подкожно к противоположному краю дефекта или соседнему участку ткани и снова осуществляют сквозной прокол, выводят петлю в брюшную полость вдевают в нее удерживаемый конец нити и обратным ходом устройства выводят его рабочий конец вместе с нитью на поверхность сшиваемых тканей или кожи, сформировав таким образом стежок непрерывного или одиночного шва, при этом при наложении непрерывного шва последующие стежки формируют аналогично первому, повторяя приемы проведения нити через ткани необходимое число раз, выводя рабочую часть устройства на поверхность кожи для коррекции его наложения относительно сшиваемых тканей, а при положении одиночного шва выведенный конец нити завязывают вместе с оставшимся в узел, который погружают под кожу через пункционный канал, накладывая аналогичным образом необходимое количество одиночных швов. 3.
