The edges of the outward turning part 43 are provided with rounded corners, so that in the outward turning process of the outward turning part 43 after the pull wire piece 4 is pushed out of the puncture tube 1 by the push rod 2 and in the process of pulling the pull wire piece by medical personnel to move, the outer surface of the pull wire piece 4 is smoother due to the rounded corners, and the damage of the outward turning part 43 to human tissues can be reduced as much as possible.
The implementation principle of the embodiment 2 is as follows: in the process of suturing the annulotomy, a medical worker makes a puncture tube 1 penetrate into an annulus fibrosus from one side of an incision of the annulus fibrosus until a needle 111 of the puncture tube 1 enters the annulus fibrosus, then the medical worker uses a push rod 2 to push a pull wire member 4 out of the puncture tube 1, the outward turning part 43 on the pull wire member 4 is turned outward and reset under the action of self elasticity after the pull wire member 4 is separated from the puncture tube 1, then the medical worker pulls the pull wire member 4 out through the incision of the annulus fibrosus by a tool such as a medical small hook and the like, then makes the puncture tube 1 withdraw from the annulus fibrosus, separates the pull wire member 4 from a suture line 3, fixes a new suture line 3 on the pull wire member 4, rearranges the suture line 3 and the pull wire member 4 into the puncture tube 1, then implants the suture line 3 at the other side of the incision of the annulus fibrosus in the same way, then makes a knot on one end of the two suture lines 3, which are far away from the knotted position of the suture line 3, and then makes a knot on the one end of the two suture lines which are positioned outside the incision of the annulus fibrosus and then completes the fixation of the incision of the annulus fibrosus according to complete the suture line.
A method for performing a sewing of an annular incision using a puncture needle with a wire, comprising the steps of:
s1, installing a pull wire piece 4, a suture 3 and a push rod 2 into a puncture tube 1;
one end of the suture line 3 is fixed on the stay wire element 4 in a knotting mode, then the stay wire element 4 and the suture line 3 are arranged in the puncture tube 1 in a penetrating mode, the stay wire element 4 is positioned at the needle head 111 end of the puncture tube 1, and then the push rod 2 is arranged in the puncture tube 1 in a penetrating mode.
S2, the needle 111 of the puncture tube 1 is punctured into the fibrous ring at one side of the incision of the fibrous ring;
the puncture tube 1 ensures that the bent part 112 at the position of the needle 111 faces the cut side of the annulus fibrosus during the process of puncturing the annulus fibrosus.
S3, pushing the pull wire piece 4 out of the puncture tube 1 by using the push rod 2;
s4, pulling the wire pulling piece 4 out of the fiber ring through the fiber ring incision, and withdrawing the puncture tube 1 from the fiber ring;
the medical small iron hook is hooked on the wire pulling piece 4, and then the wire pulling piece 4 is pulled out of the fiber ring through the fiber ring incision.
S5, reinstalling the pull wire piece 4, the push rod 2 and the new suture 3 into the puncture tube 1 in the mode of the step S1;
s6, placing the puncture tube 1 on the other side of the anulus fibrosus incision, and repeating the threading steps in the steps S2-S4;
s7, separating the pull wire pieces 4 on the two suture lines 3 from the suture lines 3;
s8, knotting the two suture lines 3 through one ends of the incisions of the fibrous rings to connect the two suture lines 3 into one line;
s9, tensioning one ends of the two suture lines 3 far away from the knotting position, and knotting the ends of the two suture lines 3 far away from the knotting position again to form fixation;
pulling one end of the suture 3 away from the knotting position outwards to enable the knotting position to pass through the incision of the fibrous ring, simultaneously tightening the incision of the fibrous ring by one thread formed by the two suture 3, and then knotting one end of the two suture 3 away from the knotting position again to form fixation;
s10, cutting off the residual quantity of the suture line 3 at the knotting position of the suture line 3 outside the fibrous ring by using medical scissors;
s11, adopting the steps S1-S10 to form multi-point fixation of the incision of the fibrous ring.
The implementation principle of the method for suturing the incision of the fibrous ring by using the puncture needle with the thread is as follows: wear to establish a stylolite 3 respectively through the both sides at the fibrous ring, stylolite 3 lies in the one end in the fibrous ring and wears out and knot through the fibrous ring incision, then pulls stylolite 3 and makes the knot position on the stylolite 3 pass through the fibrous ring incision and enter into the fibrous ring, and makes stylolite 3 tighten up the fibrous ring incision in the fibrous ring, then will lie in two stylolite 3 of fibrous ring outside and knot. Therefore, the inner side and the outer side of the annulotomy are fixed simultaneously, and the sewing effect of the annulotomy is better.
Referring to fig. 7, a knot of a suture line comprises a first free portion 5 and a second free portion 6, wherein the first free portion 5 comprises a first portion 51 and a second portion 52, a position where the first portion 51 is connected with the second portion 52 is bent towards one side of the second free portion 6 to form a knotting ring 53, one end, far away from the second portion, of the first portion 51 bypasses one side, far away from the second free portion 6, of the first free portion 5 and then passes through the knotting ring 53, and then the second free portion 6 passes through the knotting ring 53 to form the knot.

Claims (7)

A puncture needle with a thread is characterized in that: the puncture needle comprises a puncture tube (1), a push rod (2) and a suture (3), wherein one end of the puncture tube (1) is provided with a needle (111), one end of the suture (3) is arranged in the puncture tube (1) in a penetrating manner, the diameter of the suture (3) is smaller than the inner diameter of the puncture tube (1), one end of the push rod (2) is arranged in the puncture tube (1) in a penetrating manner, the diameter of the push rod (2) is smaller than the inner diameter of the puncture tube (1), the sum of the diameter of the push rod (2) and the diameter of the suture (3) is smaller than or equal to the inner diameter of the puncture tube (1), when the sum of the diameter of the push rod (2) and the diameter of the suture (3) is equal to the inner diameter of the puncture tube (1), the push rod (2) is connected with the inner wall of the puncture tube (1) in a sliding manner, the suture (3) is connected with the inner wall of the puncture tube (1) in a sliding manner, and the push rod (2) is connected with the suture (3) in a sliding manner; a pull wire piece (4) is arranged at one end of the puncture tube (1) where the needle head (111) is located, and one end of the suture (3) located in the puncture tube (1) is fixed on the pull wire piece (4); the pull wire piece (4) is made of memory alloy superelastic materials, and the pull wire piece (4) is in a compressed state when being in the puncture tube (1).
2. A puncture needle with a wire according to claim 1, wherein: one end of the puncture tube (1) where the needle head (111) is located is bent towards one side to form a bent part (112).
