Claims (11)

1. A system for storing and supplying powder intended for an inhaler for a dry powder, comprising a carrier element, a blister shell on the carrier element, a tear layer attached around the perimeter of the blister shell, and a tongue attached rotatably to the carrier element and attached to the tear layer.  2. The system of claim 1, wherein the carrier is a disk.  3. The system of claim 1, further comprising a plurality of blister shells, and in which the carrier element is a strip.  4. The system of claim 1, wherein the tear layer comprises a single layer metal foil.  5. The system of claim 1, wherein the blister shell comprises a single layer metal foil.  6. The system according to claim 1, in which the blister shell passes over the supporting element.  7. The system according to claim 1, further comprising a gap separating the carrier disk from the tongue from all sides except for a turning line overlapping the gap.  8. The system of claim 2, further comprising a central hole in the disk, a plurality of movable tongues protruding radially from the central hole, each movable tongue having a peripheral edge remote at some distance from the carrier disk, located through the gap, and each the movable tongue is rotatably connected to the carrier disk at the turning line along one side of the tongue, the tear layer being located on top of the carrier disk and the movable tongues, attached to the carrier disk and shear th tongues and connects them; and a blister layer located above the tear layer and attached to it, the blister layer comprising a plurality of blister shells, each of which forms a powder-containing space between the tear layer and the blister shells, and one blister shell is formed essentially on each tongue.  9. The system of claim 8, further comprising a voltage concentrator at the circumferential edge of the tongue opposite the turning line.  10. A system for storing and supplying a powdered medicament according to claim 8, further comprising a heat-sealing compound along the perimeter of essentially each blister shell that secures the blister layer to the tear layer.  11. A method of supplying a dose of a medicinal product, comprising the following operations: performing an inhaler having a body and a carrier disk with a tongue and a drive element inside the body, said carrier disk having a blister having a tear layer and containing a dose of the drug, feeding the carrier disk on the body in the position at which the carrier disk is aligned with the drive element in the housing, the displacement of the drive element to bring it into contact with the tongue on the carrier disk and shift the tongue, rotate the tongue using the drive element and tearing the tear layer, hermetically closing the dose of the drug inside the blister on the carrier disk, and making it possible to drop the dose of the drug from the blister into the body of the inhaler.
