Способ получения биологически активной добавки к пище "Фитолакс" для регуляции работы кишечника по п. 1, включающий измельчение и введение растительных и технологических ингредиентов в жидкую основу, перемешивание полупродукта в смесителе и формование полученной массы, отличающийся тем, что предварительно замоченную в течение 1-2 ч курагу абрикосовую измельчают до размеров частиц не более 1,5 мм, добавляют лимонную кислоту и загружают в смеситель с предварительно разогретым до текучего состояния медом, варят полуфабрикат в течение 70-90 мин при 100-105oC, затем последовательно загружают в смеситель измельченное до размеров не более 0,5 мм растительное сырье, микрокристаллическую целлюлозу и моноглицериды с перемешиванием и увариванием полуфабриката в течение 10-20 мин после каждой загрузки, уваривают получившуюся массу до массовой доли сухих веществ не менее 92%, после чего массу остужают до 25-30oC, пропускают через экструдер и из полученного жгута формируют пластины биологически активной добавки.1.
