Claims (9)

1. Прибор для измерения концентрации анализируемого вещества в образце биологической жидкости, которая наносится на первую поверхность пористой мембраны, содержащей реагент, который вступает в реакцию с анализируемым веществом, вызывая изменение коэффициента отражения второй поверхности мембраны, причем мембрана прикреплена и, в целом, закрывает конец устройства в виде полого усеченного конуса, отличающийся тем, что содержит

1. A device for measuring the concentration of the analyte in a sample of biological fluid that is applied to the first surface of a porous membrane containing a reagent that reacts with the analyte, causing a change in the reflection coefficient of the second surface of the membrane, the membrane being attached and, in general, closes the end devices in the form of a hollow truncated cone, characterized in that it contains
(a) a housing having a distal section in the form of a truncated cone for engagement with the device, the section tapering inward towards the end that faces the second surface of the membrane,
(b) an optical system in the housing for directing the light beam away from the distal end and for receiving light reflected from the second surface of the membrane,
(c) means for measuring light reflected back into the housing both before and after applying the sample to the membrane, and
(g) means for calculating the concentration of an analyte in a liquid from the measured values of reflected light.
