1. Состав расплава для нанесения металлического покрытия на основе цинка, содержащий алюминий, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно содержит титан и ванадий при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас. %:

Ti и Va - 0,05 - 0,4
Zn - Остальное

Способ нанесения металлического покрытия в ультразвуковом поле из расплава на изделия путем их перемещения в расплаве через щель в источнике ультразвуковых колебаний, отличающийся тем, что нанесение покрытия ведут при перегреве расплава на 10 - 45oС выше температуры плавления, при наложении ультразвукового поля интенсивностью 8 - 10 Вт/см2 при скорости протяжки 1 - 20 м/мин и величине зазора между изделием и источником ультразвуковых колебаний 2,1 - 3,5 мм.
