The technical problem, which the utility model is aimed at, is to create a Room that can be used in a conventional apartment in a multi-storey building as a Steam Room (hereinafter referred to as CPAR), providing pair procedures corresponding to pair procedures in classic Russian baths or saunas or as mini -office (hereinafter CMOF). The room should easily and quickly unfold and fold, in a folded position, occupy a minimum of space and have an aesthetic appearance.

For entry and exit in these structures, the insulating covers used in them rise. With each lifting of the covers, the temperature inside these structures drops sharply to the temperature of the room in which they are located. After each entry inside, the user must wait until the temperature rises to the desired value, therefore, the user experiences overload, and the process of obtaining pairing procedures becomes ineffective.

The disadvantages of this design:

- the disassembled design takes up the same amount of space as the assembled one, because the rigidly connected floor, ceiling, corner panels and corner pillar cannot be disassembled;

- the disassembly and assembly process takes a lot of time;

- a sharp drop in temperature inside the sauna at each entrance and exit, because a swing door is used, and even at its full height - from floor to ceiling.

With the development of the Internet, there are more and more opportunities to work remotely. There are many advantages to such work, for the employee - the master of his time, and for the employer - saving office space. However, there are drawbacks - for example, it is difficult to concentrate on doing work if there is no separate room, and you live not alone. As supports, you can use metal rods, tubes, corners or wooden bars. One end of each support is fixed on the side wall of the cabinet, the second is fixed on the front panel of the cabinet.

If the cabinet facade is closed by swing doors, which are used for the classic appearance of the cabinet, then the upper facade panel is supported by supports fixed on the inside of the open swing doors.

Paired procedures in the CPAR can be taken while standing, sitting or reclining on a folding bench located inside the CPAR. Thanks to the use of a door of a special design, the temperature inside the Steam Room, after heating, is constantly maintained at the level that the consumer needs. At the same time, the CPAR is compact, aesthetic, easily and quickly unfolds and folds, and when folded it looks like a closet that can be fitted into the interior of any apartment, since the materials for the exterior decoration of the cabinet are selected at the request of the consumer, in accordance with the interior of the place of placement in the apartment. CPAR, in options 1, 2 and 3, all parts of the cabinet and rigid folding walls are sheathed from the inside by a hardwood panel under which aluminum foil is laid. The quality of the pairing procedures in options 1, 2 and 3 is the same.

A special design entrance door is made in the end soft wall of the CPAR. It constantly ensures the maintenance of the set temperature inside the access control system in options 1, 2 and 3. The access control door is made in the form of pieces of insulating cloths, each of which covers the doorway in height completely, and in width, not completely, by three quarters, and accordingly overlap each other friend. Inside the CPAR there is a folding bench, which has two supports. One support is attached to the back of the cabinet and a door hinge is attached to the bench seat on one side. On the other hand, a second support is attached to the seat with a door hinge. In the folded position, the bench is fixed to the rear wall of the cabinet. When the bench unfolds, the second support is blocked by a latch fixed to the CPAR floor. As a fixer, a wooden block is used, against which the second support of the unfolded bench rests.

Inside the CPAR, at the bottom, at the back wall, there is an electric furnace. Therefore, in this part of the cabinet, the design includes elements that provide fire safety and structural strength in the case of wall-mounted electric furnaces. The electric furnace is fenced with removable barriers made of hardwood wooden blocks, protecting the user from burns if accidentally touched. Barriers are located at a fireproof distance. Electric furnaces for the CPAR can have controls located on their housing or as a separate unit. The controls include an electric furnace switch, a temperature regulator, and a time relay. A separate control unit with a CPAR internal lighting switch can be located externally on a panel fixed to the side wall of the cabinet. In versions 1, 2 and 3, at least two windows can be mounted in the walls of the expanded KPAR. The first window is located next to the front door of the CPAR. A luminaire hanging from the outside of this window illuminates the internal space of the CPAR.

In the process of adopting paired procedures, the CPAR provides an additional service. The second window is located opposite the folding bench, at the height of the face of a seated adult. In options 1, 2 and 3, the second window allows you to watch TV in the process of adopting paired procedures. And in order to switch the TV channels and talk on the phone while taking paired procedures, in options 1, 2 and 3, in the walls of the unfolded CPAR, next to the front door, at the folding bench, under the window with the lamp, a sunroof is mounted, closed with a slotted window , at shoulder height of a seated adult. A linen sleeve is sewn to the slot outside, and a linen glove is sewn from the other end of the sleeve. Under the glove is a pocket in which the TV remote and the telephone are located. The hatch is additionally closed from the inside with a piece of insulating cloth. The dimensions of the hatch allow you to overlap the profile of a seated adult from the ear to the middle of the chest.

In order to switch the TV channels while in the CPAR, a segment of the insulating fabric is lifted, the sweater’s hand is pushed into the sleeve with a glove, and a TV remote is taken from the pocket. If you take the phone, then a piece of the insulating cloth is lifted, the ear is leaning against the cloth from the inside, and from the outside, through the cloth, the phone is brought to the ear, which is taken just like the remote control. You can see the TV remote and the phone through the window, to which they can be brought up outside with the help of a sleeve with a glove, while inside the CPAR. The dimensions of the first window provide the placement of a lamp on it and the ability to see the TV remote and the phone while sitting on a bench.

The ventilation of the KPAR is ensured by natural air exchange, which occurs at the entrance and exit of the KPAR and the supply ventilation, which is carried out through the hole located under the electric furnace and closed by a metal door, while the KPAR is warming up. There is also additional ventilation, which is made in the form of a hose. One end of the hose is pulled out and the other is connected to a mask valve, similar to a dust mask. This is especially useful for beginners, who, if desired, can breathe non-hot air while in CPAR.

KPAR in options 1, 2 and 3 is equipped with a folding gateway or mini dressing room, which acts as a transition chamber between the room in which the KPAR and the KPAR itself are located. The mini dressing room is necessary in order to minimize the exit of hot air from the heated Steam room at the entrance and exit, during paired procedures. The mini dressing room has three walls sewn around the perimeter to the CPAR door, which are made of insulating paintings. In one of the walls there is a mini dressing room door, which is made in the same way as the CPAR door. The fourth wall of the mini-dressing room is the CPAR door.

The floor of the mini dressing room is made in the form of a panel attached by door hinges to the upper edge of the lower front panel of the CPAR, which, when opened, becomes a continuation of the open lower front panel of the CPAR.

The ceiling of the mini-dressing room in options 1, 2 and 3 can be performed similarly to the floor of the mini-dressing room, additionally equipped with swivel brackets that hold it parallel to the floor of the mini-dressing room of the CPAR.

The ceiling of the airlock can be made of insulating cloths, while it is sewn over the doorway of the CPAR. Outside, loops of fabric are sewn to the ceiling, into which an arc of a metal profile is threaded. The arc extends and retracts along the guides attached from the inside to the upper facade panel of the CPAR. The size of the extended arc is equal to the size of the floor of the mini dressing room.

Exhaust ventilation of the mini dressing room is provided, which prevents the spread of odors from the steam room. To do this, a flange is arranged in the wall of the mini dressing room, to which a fan is mounted with a flexible, folding, ventilation duct. The fan pumps air out of the mini dressing room, which through a flexible, removable ventilation duct can be discharged into the street.

All electrical connections necessary for the operation of the CPAR are located outside, thereby ensuring the safety of the user.

To ensure fire safety rules, it is recommended to connect the KPAR electric furnace through an RCD (residual current device) and have a fire extinguisher near the KPAR.

To ensure sanitary and hygienic requirements for the operation of the CPAR, removable napkins are used, which are tied with cloth tapes to each of the door strips and at the places where the walls of the sweater can touch the walls. It is also recommended to lay on the floor an individual napkin for each sweater. Removable and individual wipes are sewn from the fabric and washed as needed. On the whole floor of the CPAR lies a waterproof tray made of thick plastic film, the edges of which, along the perimeter, are attached to the sides made of wooden battens. Recommended minimum sizes of the Steam Room for comfortable obtaining of paired procedures for a sauna or Russian bath in an apartment of a multi-storey building:

- the cabinet in the folded position with dimensions 800 × 500 × 2000 mm .;

- when unfolding, the internal volume of the Steam room with dimensions of 750 × 1400 × 1900 mm., with the size of a folding bench 400 × 1400 mm.

Room mini-office (hereinafter CMOF).

For CMOF, Room 2 and 3 are the best options.

CMOF provides the user with new additional isolated spaces in the apartment, which are occupied only for the duration of the work, due to the fact that CMOF easily and quickly unfolds and folds, and in the folded position it takes up places like an ordinary cabinet. Unfolding the CMOF will take 1-2 minutes, after which everything is ready for work, at the end of the work it will take the same 1-2 minutes to fold.

The overall dimensions of the CMOF may vary:

in width - from 1 meter;

the depth of the cabinet - from 0.6 meters;

in height - from 2 meters.

The user can choose the dimensions of the CMOF suitable for his apartment. For the interior and exterior decoration of KMOF, a wide variety of environmentally friendly materials can be used. Therefore, CMOF can be integrated into the interior of any apartment.

KMOF is equipped with lighting, forced-air and exhaust ventilation, windows built into the structure, you can work with wired or wireless Internet and a telephone.

The desk top is folding, attached to the back of the cabinet, when folding the CMOF, it is lowered. A folding chair, attached, is constantly inside the KMOF.

A room with a minimum size occupies about half a square meter of living space. The entrance door of a special design constantly ensures the maintenance of the set temperature inside the CPAR.

KPAR provides pair procedures corresponding to pair procedures in classic Russian baths or saunas.

The cost of CMOF is many times lower than the prototype, and the dimensions allow it to be used even in the smallest apartment.

The room easily and quickly unfolds and collapses, in the folded position it occupies a minimum of space, has an aesthetic appearance and can be fitted into the interior of any apartment, since the materials for the exterior decoration of the cabinet are selected at the request of the consumer, in accordance with the interior of the place of placement.

The benefits of the "Russian Bath" are well known. CPAR was made by me and is operated in the conditions of an ordinary apartment in a multi-storey building since January 2003, regularly, at least twice a week. I’m a sweater with more than fifty years of experience. This design exceeded the best expectations and fully met its expectations. The most necessary and most valuable thing in it is the high quality of the pairing procedures, both in the “Russian Bath” mode and in the sauna mode, moreover, at a time convenient for its owner and very favorable at the cost of the pairing procedures. The most convenient location for the KPAR in the conditions of an ordinary apartment in a multi-storey building is a loggia or balcony, preferably glazed, but in their absence the KPAR can be placed in the room.

Materials and work on the manufacture of option 2 is more expensive than option 1, and the work on the manufacture and cost of components of option 3 is more expensive than option 2. Option 3 has advantages over options 1 and 2 in terms of convenience when re-folding the Room.

There was no place for CPAR in my apartment. And since I am strictly limited by the size of my loggia, then my CPAP in the folded position is a cabinet with dimensions 800 × 500 × 2000 mm. When unfolding, the internal volume of the CPAP with dimensions of 750 × 1400 × 1900 mm is obtained. and a mini dressing room with dimensions of 600 × 500 × 1900 mm.

Unfolding takes a couple of minutes. At the end of pairing procedures, the sauna heater turns off, the floor grill rises, the floor is wiped. After cooling, the sauna stove collects leaves from a broom. Everything you need to receive pairing procedures is located inside the CPAR and it develops in a couple of minutes.

To heat the CPAR, a 3-kW electric sauna heater is used. The controls are located on the body of the sauna heater. Connecting to the mains is carried out through a conventional outlet through the cable of the desired cross section.

CPAR is installed on a glazed, insulated loggia.

Steam room warm-up time to 100 degrees at outdoor temperature:

- minus 10 and below - no more than 90 minutes;

- from 0 to minus 10 - no more than 75 minutes;

- at positive temperatures from 20 to 60 minutes.

The broom for the CPAR is steamed in the bathroom, brushes off excess water, placed in a waterproof bag and transferred to the steam room. Water treatments are taken in the bathroom.

Taking paired procedures, I have the opportunity, without leaving the steam room, to watch TV through the window, switch TV channels, receive phone calls and make calls myself.

CPAR with folding walls made of wooden panels is made and used in the country, as an express steam room, in cases where there is no need to prepare a classic bathhouse. In the summer, the steam room heats up to 100 degrees in 20-30 minutes, using a 3-kW electric sauna heater.
