Claims (1)
- Способ диагностики рассеянного склероза путем изучения форменных элементов крови, отличающийся тем, что мазок крови больного фиксируют над парами 40% раствора формалина, окрашивают раствором нитрата серебра при 56-58oС в течение 50-60 мин, промывают дистиллированной водой, выдерживают в 5% растворе тиосульфата натрия 4-6 мин и подсчитывают в 100 тромбобоцитах серотонинсодержащие гранулы и при их количестве, меньшем 350, диагностируют рассеянный склероз.
