Способ стабилизации основания ремонтируемого фундамента, преимущественно после промерзания грунта, включающем отрывку грунта вдоль по крайней мере одной из сторон фундамента и уплотнение грунта основания под ним, отличающийся тем, что зону уплотнения, ограниченную подошвами ремонтируемого фундамента и разуплотненного, например, промерзшего грунта, разделяют на участки, длину которых определяют по формуле
