Claims

1. Convenient to use liquid or gel washing composition for washing dishes, including, wt.%:
(a) from 5% to 99% detergent surfactant selected from the group consisting of polyhydroxy fatty acid amides, non-ionic fatty alkyl polyglycosides, C _8-22 alkyl sulfates, C _9-15 alkyl benzene sulfonates, C _8-22 alkyl ether sulfates, C _{8 -22} olefin sulfonates, C _8-22 parafinsulfatov, C _8-22 alkilglitserilefirsulfonatov sulfonates, fatty acid esters, secondary alcohol sulfates, C _12-16 alkyl ethoxy carboxylates, C _11-16 secondary soaps, amphoteric detergent surfactants, zwitterionic detergent surfactants active substances and mixtures thereof;
(b) 0.001% to 5% active protease, preferably a protease selected from the group consisting of a serine proteolytic enzyme, derived from Bacillus, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus licheniformis, and mixtures thereof;
(c) from 1% to 20% of a soap suds enhancer selected from the group consisting of betaines, ethylene oxide condensates, fatty acid amides, semi-polar non-ionic aminoxide compounds, sultanns, complex betaines, cationic surfactants, and mixtures thereof;
and this composition has a pH in the range of 4 to 11, preferably in the range of 6 to 10.

2. The composition according to claim 1, comprising from 0.003% to 4% of the active protease, in which the protease is selected from the group consisting of Maxacal ^R , Savinase ^R , protease A, protease B, and mixtures thereof.

3. The composition according to claim 1 or 4, comprising from 10% to 70% of a washing surfactant selected from the group consisting of polyhydroxy fatty acid amides, C _8-22 alkyl sulfates, C _8-22 alkyl ether sulfates, C _12-16 alkyl ethoxycarboxylates, and C _11-16 secondary soaps.

4. Composition according to any one of the preceding paragraphs, further comprising from 0.0001% to 10% of an enzyme stabilizing system.

Composition according to any one of the preceding paragraphs, further comprising from 0.01% to 4% of magnesium or calcium ions, or mixtures thereof, in which magnesium or calcium ions are added in the form of a salt selected from the group consisting of hydroxide, oxide, chloride, formate, acetate and their mixtures, and the system stabilizing the enzyme are selected from the group consisting of calcium ion, boric acid, propylene glycol, carboxylic acid with a short chain, boronic acid, polyhydroxy compounds and their mixtures.

6. Easy-to-use liquid detergent composition for washing dishes, including, wt.%:
(a) from 20% to 60% detergent surfactant selected from the group consisting of C _8-22 alkyl ether sulfates, C ₁₂ glucose amide, C _8-12 alkyl sulfates, and mixtures thereof;
(b) 0.005% to 3% active protease selected from the group consisting of protease A, protease B, and mixtures thereof;
(c) from 0.1% to 10% of a non-ionic surfactant selected from the group consisting of polyethylene, polypropylene and alkylphenol polybutylene oxide condensates, condensation products of aliphatic alcohols with from 1 to 25 moles of ethylene oxide, condensation products of ethylene oxide with a hydrophobic base formed by condensation of propylene oxide with propylene glycol, and mixtures thereof;
(d) from 2% to 15% of a soap sump enhancer selected from the group consisting of betaines, aminoxide, semi-polar non-ionic compounds, and mixtures thereof;
(e) from 0.5% to 1% of magnesium or calcium ions or mixtures thereof, where the ions added as a salt are selected from the group consisting of hydroxide, chloride, formate, and mixtures thereof,
moreover, the composition has a pH in a 10% aqueous solution at 20 ^o C in the range of 6.5 to 9.5.
