1. Method for the production of products from lightweight cellular foam with closed pores from a plastic composition containing a chemical pore-forming agent and, optionally, other substances or additives to regulate the way in which the plastic composition is mechanically processed (plastified) in a machine for processing plastics into a well-homogenized, molten plastic composition and transferred directly into the closed cavity of the mold, characterized in that
1) the plastic composition when it is transferred into the cavity of the mold has a temperature that is higher than the decomposition temperature of the blowing agent in combination with optional additives for regulating decomposition,
2) the plastic composition is transferred into the closed cavity of the mold between the point in time when the composition has reached a temperature sufficient to decompose the blowing agent in the plastic composition and the point in time when the decomposition begins,
3) the closed cavity of the mold is completely filled with a plastic composition, and the temperature of the plastic composition in the cavity of the mold is maintained above the decomposition temperature of the pore-forming agent in the plastic composition until it reaches the desired degree of decomposition of the pore-forming agent, while the pressure in the cavity of the mold is maintained so high so that when decomposing a blowing agent, the plastic composition does not foam or foams to a small extent, and
4) upon reaching the desired degree of decomposition, the pressure in the closed cavity of the mold is reduced, allowing the plastic composition to foam.
2. The method according to p. 1, characterized in that the plastic composition contains additives for regulating the decomposition of the chemical blowing agent, which in a closed cavity of the mold enter into an exothermic or endothermic chemical reaction. 3. 3. The method according to p. 1, characterized in that the surface of the non-foamed plastic product in a closed cavity of the mold is cooled under pressure to a temperature below the decomposition temperature of the pore-forming agent before the decomposition of the chemical pore-forming agent begins. 4. 4. The method according to p. 1, characterized in that the surface of the non-foamed plastic product in a closed cavity of the mold is cooled to a temperature that gives a sufficiently high rigidity and strength to remove the plastic product from the cavity of the mold without foaming or foaming only insignificant the extent of any part of the product before removing the entire product from the mold cavity.
