Claims (1)

Способ получения отливок из износостойкой стали, включающий выплавку стали, получение из нее отливок, их очистку, обрубку и термообработку, отличающийся тем, что отливки подвергают термообработке двойной нормализации, заключающейся в первоначальном нагреве их до температуры 920 - 930oC и выдержке при ней 3 - 3,5 ч с последующим охлаждением на воздухе до 200oC, а затем в повторном нагреве до температуры 870 - 880oC и выдержке при ней 2,5 - 3 ч с последующим охлаждением на воздухе до 20oС, при этом используют сталь, содержащую, мас.%:
Углерод - 0,20 - 0,40
Марганец - 0,90 - 1,50
Кремний - 0,17 - 0,40
Хром - 1,20 - 1,80
Никель - 0,30 - 0,60
Медь - 0,20 - 0,40
Ванадий - 0,15 - 0,30
Бор - 0,001 - 0,01
Алюминий - 0,02 - 0,06
Железо - Остальноеи
