1. A method of studying intravascular platelet aggregation in vitro, including blood sampling, stabilization, separation into plasma and red blood cells to obtain platelet-rich plasma, platelet disaggregation, analysis of the data obtained, which are used to judge the degree of aggregation, characterized in that blood stabilization after sampling carry out sodium citrate 3.8% in a ratio of 9: 1, the blood is separated with a platelet-rich plasma by centrifugation, before the introduction of the disaggregant from a portion of the platelet-rich plasma get about poor, for each patient’s sample, extreme transmittance values are determined: for platelet-poor plasma 100% transmittance, for platelet-rich plasma 0, after the introduction of the disaggregant, the disaggregation curve is recorded, on which the value of the maximum value of the disaggregation radius is recorded, according to which the degree of intravascular aggregation of thrombosis is determined. 2. 2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that prior to the introduction of the disaggregant, the sample temperature is 36.5 - 37.5 ° C. , followed by stirring. 3. 3. The method according to claim 1 or 1 and 2, characterized in that the disaggregation curve is removed by graph construction, continuously, in dynamics.
