Abstract

FIELD: coal industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed electron-paramagnetic resonance-spectrometric method of prediction of outburst-risky coals accelerates prediction procedure increasing authenticity of prediction and expanding range for the whole series of metamorphism of coals. This is achieved by registration of spectra of electron-paramagnetic resonance fractions of coals differing in size of d-angle grain in interval (0.05-0.01-0.16-0.25-0.5-1.0) mm, by determination of three regions of dependence of rate of growth V(d) of additional narrow signal ΔHon size of grain d under vacuum treatment of sample (1.0-0.1 Pa):1) region of fast fall of V(d) at small d<d≃ (0.05-0.1)mm; 2) region of nonmonotonous change of V(d) with d within interval d<d≅d≃ (0.16-0.25-0.5)mm; 3) region of slow changes of V(d) for d>d. In case of monotonous drop of V(d) within entire interval of sizes d sample is related to nonrisky coals. In case of nonmonotonous change of V(d) in second region sample is related to potentially dangerous coals. If degree of outburst risk grows with decrease of extent of Δd = d- dof second region and with moderation of fall of V(d) in third region, stoppage of fall or increase of V(d) with increase of d in third region sample is related to very risky coals. EFFECT: accelerated prediction procedure increasing authenticity of prediction and expanding range for the whole series of metamorphism of coals.

Изобретение относится к электронному парамагнитному резонансу и может быть использовано в угольной промышленности при прогнозировании выбросоопасности угольных пластов. Предлагаемый способ ускоряет процедуру прогнозирования выбросоопасности углей, повышая достоверность прогноза и расширяя диапазон на весь ряд метаморфизма углей. Это достигается регистрацией спектров ЭПР фракций углей, различающихся размером d, угольного зерна в интервале (0,05 - 0,1 - 0,16 - 0,25 - 0,5 - 1) мм, определением трех областей зависимости от размера зерна d скорости роста V(d) дополнительного узкого сигнала--ΔHу при вакуумировании образца (1 - 0,1 Па): 1 - область быстрого падения V(d) при малых d<dc1=≈ ( 0,05 - 0.1) мм, П - область немонотонного изменения V(d) при d в интервале dc1<d≥≈ (0,16 - 0,25 - 0,5) мм, Ш - область медленных изменений V(d) для d > dc2, при этом в случае монотонного падения скорости V(d) во всем интервале размеров d образец относят к неопасным углям, в случае немонотонного изменения V(d) во П-области образец относят к потенциально опасным углям, причем степень выбросоопасности возрастает с уменьшением протяженности Δd =dc2- dc2 области П и ослаблением спада V(d) в Ш-области, остановки спада или возрастаний V(d) с увеличением d в Ш-области, образец относят к очень опасным углям.The invention relates to electronic paramagnetic resonance and can be used in the coal industry in predicting the outburst hazard of coal seams.
