Штанговая насосная установка для эксплуатации малодебитных скважин, содержащая устьевое оборудование с газовым, выкидным и подающим реагенты трубопроводами, колонны насосных труб и полых штанг, насос, отличающаяся тем, что, с целью повышения эффективности в работе за счет обеспечения работы пласта и скважинного оборудования на оптимальном режиме и устранения влияния на работу состава и структурных свойств скважинной жидкости, она снабжена разделительно-перекачивающим устройством, жестко связанным с колоннами насосных труб, установленным на рассчитанном расстоянии от глубинного насоса исходя из оптимального режима работы системы пласт - скважина - оборудование и образующим с нижней частью насосных труб и полых штанг накопительную камеру, сообщенную с верхней стороны с затрубным пространством, с другой через направляющую и приемную камеры - с насосом и нижней частью полых штанг, а с верхней частью насосных труб и полых штанг - подъемную колонну, соединенную с выкидным трубопроводом, при этом разделительно-перекачивающее устройство состоит из корпуса с радиальным и кольцевым каналами, стакана, разделительного поршня, посаженного на полый шток, жестко связанный с полыми штангами и на котором расположены обратный, приемный и нагнетательные клапаны, нижней и верхней перегородок, образующих соответственно нижнюю и верхнюю камеры, нижняя из которых через приемный клапан сообщается с полостью нижней части полых штанг, через нагнетательный клапан - с полым штоком, верхняя камера через приемный газовый клапан сообщена с затрубным пространством, а на верхней перегородке установлен нагнетательный клапан для газа, причем полый шток соединен с верхней частью полых штанг через глухой переводник, а полость верхних штанг, являющаяся каналом для подачи реагентов, снизу сообщена через стакан и радиально-кольцевые каналы разделительно-перекачивающего устройства с накопительной камерой, сверху через стакан, жестко закрепленный на устьевом оборудовании, сообщена с емкостью для химреагентов, которая с другой стороны сообщена с газовым трубопроводом.A sucker-rod pumping unit for operating low-debit wells, containing wellhead equipment with gas, flow and supply reagents pipelines, columns of pumping pipes and hollow rods, a pump, characterized in that, in order to increase efficiency in work by ensuring the work of the reservoir and downhole equipment at optimal mode and eliminate the influence on the work of the composition and structural properties of the well fluid, it is equipped with a separation-pumping device, rigidly connected with the columns of pump pipes, at a calculated distance from the deep pump based on the optimal operating mode of the reservoir - well - equipment system and forming a storage chamber with the bottom of the pump pipes and hollow rods communicated on the upper side with the annulus, on the other through the guide and receiving chambers - with the pump and the lower part of the hollow rods, and with the upper part of the pump pipes and hollow rods - a lifting column connected to the discharge pipe, while the separation-pumping device consists of a housing with a radial and the front channels, the cup, the separation piston, mounted on a hollow rod, rigidly connected to the hollow rods and on which the check, intake and discharge valves are located, of the lower and upper partitions, which form the lower and upper chambers, the lower of which communicates with the cavity through the receiving valve the lower part of the hollow rods, through the discharge valve - with a hollow rod, the upper chamber through the receiving gas valve is in communication with the annulus, and on the upper partition there is a discharge valve for for, and the hollow rod is connected to the upper part of the hollow rods through a blind sub, and the cavity of the upper rods, which is a channel for supplying reagents, is communicated from below through a glass and radial-annular channels of a separation-transfer device with a storage chamber, from above through a glass rigidly fixed to wellhead equipment, in communication with a tank for chemicals, which on the other hand is in communication with a gas pipeline.
