Многослойная панель, содержащая обшивки из сплошного листового материала, расположенные на расстоянии одна от другой, размещенный между обшивками сотовый заполнитель, имеющий толщину меньшую, чем расстояние между обшивками, по меньшей мере одна из которых расположена на расстоянии от сотового заполнителя, и по меньшей мере один промежуточный слой, размещенный в пространстве между указанной обшивкой и сотовым заполнителем и скрепленный с ними, отличающаяся тем, что отношение массы промежуточного слоя к занимаемому им объему меньше, чем плотность материала указанной обшивки, и больше, чем отношение массы сотового заполнителя к занимаемому им объему.1.
