1. Способ изготовления головок торцовых ключей со ступенчатой наружной поверхностью, заключающийся в отрезке цилиндрической заготовки и последующем ее деформировании по позициям, отличающийся тем, что наружную ступенчатую поверхность предварительно оформляют на второй формообразующей позиции, затем заготовку переносят параллельно на третью позицию и со стороны торца меньшего диаметра выдавливают одну из полостей многогранного рельефа, а на четвертой позиции заготовку опирают дном ранее полученной полости на поддерживающий цилиндрический пуансон и выдавливают другую полость многогранного рельефа со стороны торца большего диаметра, причем выдавливание начинают после упора ступеньки наружной поверхности заготовки на плечики матрицы, при этом продолжают оформление наружной поверхности заготовки, а ее размеры, получаемые на этой позиции, определяют из условия
