Abstract

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: clutch is made up as differential planet gear in which the torque is transmitted by way of meshing member 2 enclosed by meshing members of the shaft and rotatable cam that are hollows in respective parts of the device and mounted with a spaced relation that provides transmitting the torque from the driving shaft 1 to rotatable cams 3 over all amplitude of the cams. Each cam is provided with two fixed segments 12 arranged, similarly to balls 13, symmetrical with respect to the axis that passes through the geometric centers of the axis of cams 5 and shaft 1. The balls runs over the inner surface of driven race 6 and stabilize the clutch in a position corresponding to the free running condition by way of assembles of preliminary deformed plate springs 15 that act on them through mandrels 14. The axles of the cams are parallel to the shaft and set uniformly in two bearing wheels at the same distance from the shaft. The race rotates under the action of friction forces that occur when the race is wedged by the segments of the cams. EFFECT: improved design.

Claims (1)

The freewheel with rotary cams is structurally made in the form of a differential planetary gear transmission, in which to increase the transmitted torque Mkr, its transmission is carried out by means of the engagement element - cylinder 2, covered by the engagement elements of the shaft and the rotary cam, which are depressions in the corresponding parts of the device, with a gap that ensures the transfer of MKR from the drive shaft 1 to the rotary cams 3 over the entire amplitude of rotation of the latter. In each of the cams, two segments 12 are installed and fixed, located, like the balls 13, symmetrically with respect to the axis passing through the geometric centers of the axis of the cams 5 and the shaft. The balls, rolling around the inner surface of the driven cage 6, stabilize the clutch in the position corresponding to the freewheel by means of 14 sets of pre-deformed disk springs acting on them through the mandrels 15. The axes of the cams are parallel to the shaft and are evenly and equally spaced from the two support wheels 4. The rotation of the cage is carried out by the arising friction forces when it is jammed by one or another, depending on the direction of rotation, segments of the cams.
