The busbar of an aluminum electrolyzer with a transverse arrangement in the housing, containing busbars with cathode slopes installed along the input and output longitudinal sides of the cell, in which the anode busbar is connected to the previous cell by equidistant risers located on its input side, through which the same currents flow, that each riser feeds the anode busbar at a point around which the same number of anodes are symmetrically located, while the extreme risers are connected to the edge them by busbars of the input side of the electrolyser by bus packs located along the end sides, and with busbars of the output side of the electrolyzer, and the middle risers are connected to the middle busbars of the input side by bus packets placed symmetrically under the bottom of the cell, and with busbars of the output side, characterized in that, in order to increase the aluminum current output by reducing the effect of the magnetic field on the molten metal, each of the bus packets enveloping the ends of the electrolyzer transmits 35-50% of the current to one side.
