Abstract

FIELD: underground deposit mining. SUBSTANCE: method includes driving of development workings: haulage ways, bottom working, drill crosscuts from which holes are drilled with height determined by the necessity of formation of inert layer on undercutting. Drift is drilled at the level of drill horizon (haulage crosscut) for formation of compensation slot and passage connections from which pilot holes are drilled with use of centralizers on drill rods for accurate directional drilling. Holes are drilled to the level of roof of undercutting in plan of anticipated hollows of various configuration formed by explosive charges. For this purpose, placed on hole bottom, at the level of undercutting roof, is explosive charge with certain height. Explosive charge is blasted to form connection with compensation chamber. Then hollows are formed for explosive charges by drilling conjugated holes in group of holes. In doing so, detonation of explosive charges in holes is directed opposite to direction of rock mass throw (in the given directions of free fall and throw of rock mass coincide) which is effected by placing in hole of additional charge which serves as initiating for charge in hole. To produce gopher hollow conjugated with other hollow, hole is drilled with use of centralizers and filled with explosive charge by sections with air intervals between sections no in excess of 0.5 of line of least resistance and blasted. Then plugs are installed in hollows and holes for concentrated explosive charges, then they are filled with explosive charges with the aid of charging machines and blasted. Способ обработки блоков, включающий проведение горных выработок, формирование днищ блоков, компенсационных камер и щели, образование горизонта подсечки и выработок бурового горизонта, бурение нисходящих скважин для формирования концентрированных зарядов после их заряжания, взрывание с миллисекундным замедлением и последующий выпуск отбитой руды, отличающийся тем, что в массиве блока создают цилиндрические, плоские и сопряженные с ними котловые полости для концентрированных зарядов ВВ, располагают последние на линейной горной выработке, при этом взрыванием плоских зарядов образуют секции компенсационной щели, границу которой с последующим блоком отработки формируют по параболе примыкающих к контактам ребер блока с обрушенным массивом и вмещающими породами на длину 1/3 от мощности отрабатываемого месторождения в условиях повышенного горного давления.A method of processing blocks, including conducting mine workings, forming the bottoms of blocks, compensation chambers and gaps, forming a cutting horizon and working out of a drilling horizon, drilling downhole wells to form concentrated charges after loading them, blasting with a millisecond slowdown and subsequent release of broken ore, characterized in that in the block array create cylindrical, flat and conjugate boiler cavities for concentrated explosive charges, the latter are located on a linear mining along with blasting of flat charges, they form sections of the compensation gap, the boundary of which with the subsequent mining block is formed by a parabola adjacent to the contacts of the edges of the block with a collapsed mass and host rocks to a length of 1/3 of the power of the worked out deposit under conditions of high rock pressure.
