SUBSTANCE: method involves polymerization of butadiene in aromatic solvent under effect of catalyst made on the basis of rare-earth element compounds; after polymerization process termination polymerizate is mixed with polyhexene-1 solution in aromatic solvent at polymer ratio 5-20 mas. p. polyhexene-1 per 100 mas. p. cis-1,4-polybutadiene. Method can be used in petrochemical industry. EFFECT: synthesized cis-1,4-polybutadiene shows decreased plasticity and cold flowing, high physico-mechanical properties.

Изобретение относится к области технологии высокомолекулярных соединений, а именно к способам получения стереорегулярных полидиенов под влиянием каталитических систем типа Циглера - Натта. Заявляемый способ может найти применение в нефтехимической промышленности. Предложен способ получения цис-1,4-полибутадиена полимеризацией бутадиена в ароматическом растворителе под влиянием катализаторов на основе соединений редкоземельных элементов; по окончании процесса полимиризации полимеризат смешивают с раствором полигексена-1 в ароматическом растворителе так, что соотношение полимеров составляет 5-20 мас.ч. полигексена-1 на 100 мас.ч. цис-1,4-полибутадиена. Преимуществом способа является возможность получения цис-1,4-полибутадиена с пониженными пластичностью и хладотекучестью и высокими физико-механическими показателями.The invention relates to the field of technology of high molecular weight compounds, and in particular to methods for producing stereoregular polydienes under the influence of Ziegler-Natta type catalytic systems. A method for producing cis-1,4-polybutadiene by polymerization of butadiene in an aromatic solvent under the influence of catalysts based on rare-earth compounds is proposed; at the end of the polymerization process, the polymerizate is mixed with a solution of polyhexene-1 in an aromatic solvent so that the polymer ratio is 5-20 wt.h. polyhexene-1 per 100 parts by weight CIS-1,4-polybutadiene. The advantage of the method is the ability to obtain cis-1,4-polybutadiene with reduced ductility and cold flow and high physical and mechanical properties.
