Claims (20)
1. Способ хирургической коррекции дальнозоркости, включающий анестезию пациента, маркировку глазного участка, подлежащего удалению методом абляции, резекцию по меньшей мере части роговой оболочки глаза пациента с целью обнажения роговичной основы, аблятивное удаление кольцевого участка роговичной основы с помощью лазерного луча, реплантацию части роговой оболочки, подвергшейся резекции, в прежнее место на глазу.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором на этапе резекции роговица подрезается так, чтобы ее срез оставался в контакте с остальной частью роговицы, причем данный срез отгибается для обнажения роговичной основы.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором на этапе резекции роговица срезается в форме диска, удаляемого из глаза для обнажения роговичной основы.
4. Способ по п. 1, включающий осушение роговичной основы после ее обнажения в результате резекции и перед этапом аблятивной обработки.
5. Способ по п. 1, в котором абляция выполняется круговым сканированием лазерного луча до тех пор, пока не будет получена кольцевая абляционная зона заданных ширины и глубины.
6. Способ по п. 1, в котором абляция проводится с применением маски на центральной части роговичной основы, задерживающей лазерное излучение, причем используется лазерный луч с заранее заданным диаметром таким, чтобы получить кольцевую абляционную зону с заданными шириной и глубиной.
7. Способ по п. 6, в котором используется маска, изготовленная из полиметилметакрилата.
8. Способ по п. 1, в котором используется импульсный лазер.
9. Способ по п. 1, включающий очистку полученной абляционной зоны на месте удаленного глазного участка.
10. Способ по п. 9, в котором на этапе очистки производятся орошение и обработка щеточкой полученной абляционной зоны.
11. Способ по п. 1, в котором после реплантации роговицы производится ее подсушка путем обдува воздухом.
12. Система хирургической коррекции дальнозоркости, содержащая средства маркировки глазного участка, подлежащего удалению методом абляции, средства резекции по меньшей мере роговой оболочки глаза пациента с целью обнажения роговичной основы, средства абляционного удаления кольцевого участка роговичной основы, включающие в себя лазер, производящий абляцию воздействием его излучения на роговичную основу.
13. Система по п. 12, в которой средства резекции содержат приспособление для срезания роговицы, осуществляющее частичную резекцию роговицы так, чтобы ее срез оставался в контакте с остальной частью роговицы.
14. Система по п. 12, в которой средства резекции содержат приспособление для срезания роговицы, осуществляющее полное отделение роговичного диска для обнажения роговичной основы.
15. Система по п. 12, содержащая средства подсушки роговичной основы после ее обнажения вследствие резекции.
16. Система по п. 12, в которой средства абляционного удаления кольцевого участка роговичной основы включают в себя маску, устанавливаемую на центральную часть роговичной основы для задержки излучения лазера, а также средства обеспечения заданного диаметра лазерного луча так, чтобы получить кольцевую абляционную зону с требуемыми шириной и глубиной.
17. Система по п. 10, в которой маска изготовлена из полиметилметакрилата.
18. Система по п. 12, в которой использован импульсный лазер.
19. Система по п. 12, содержащая средства очистки абляционной зоны, полученной на месте удаленного участка роговичной основы.
20. Система по п. 19, в которой средства очистки включают в себя щеточку и средства орошения абляционной зоны.
