Abstract

FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to manufacture of sectional piezoceramic converters and can be used for manufacture of sonar or electroacoustic equipment. In agreement with proposed process reinforcing of converter is performed by reeling of glass fibre with binder on its side surface. Adhesive mass sets and polymerization of adhesive mass and binder are carried out simultaneously. After formation of prisms on which side surfaces adhesive is applied converter is installed into special fixture for reeling which has two flanges pulled together. Outlines of flanges are fitted with collars which internal surfaces has shape of truncated cones facing each other with bases. Angle of taper of collars is 10-15 deg. Reeling of glass fibre and bonding of converter are performed in this fixture. EFFECT: enhanced robustness and small spread of parameters of sectional piezoceramic converters.

Изобретение относится к изготовлению пьезокерамических секционированных преобразователей и может быть использовано при изготовлении гидроакустической или электроакустической аппаратуры. В соответствии с предложенным способом армирования преобразователя путем намотки стеклонити со связующим на его боковую поверхность производят в процессе склейки преобразователя из призм до схватывания клеящей массы, а полимеризацию клеящей массы и связующего производят одновременно. Преобразователь после формирования из призм, на боковые поверхности которых нанесен клей, устанавливают в специальное приспособление для намотки, содержащее два фланца, стянутых между собой. Фланцы по наружному контуру снабжены буртиками, внутренняя поверхность которых имеет форму усеченных конусов, обращенных друг к другу основаниями. Угол конусности буртиков 10 - 15o. В этом приспособлении производится намотка стеклонити и склейка преобразователя.
