Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к офтальмологии и может быть использовано при хирургическом лечении различных форм глаукомы. Сущность изобретения: формируют поверхностный лоскут склеры в виде трапеции широким основанием к лимбу, выкраивают под ним полоски глубоких слоев фильтрующей зоны с последующим заправлением ее, после предварительного циклодиализа, в супрацилиарное пространство, проводят периферическую иридэктомию и укрепляют поверхностный склеральный лоскут, при этом из боковых граней поверхностного лоскута склеры на всю их длину выкраивают два аутотрансплантата в виде полосок основанием к лимбу, которые укладывают по диагонали склерального ложа и фиксируют швами, причем один из них размещают под поверхностью послойного лоскута склеры, а другой - над ним. Применение способа лечения глаукомы позволяет добиться стабильного гипотензивного эффекта при различных формах глаукомы без увеличения числа осложнений.The invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology and can be used in the surgical treatment of various forms of glaucoma. The inventive surface sclera flap is formed in the form of a trapezoid with a wide base to the limb, the strips of the deep layers of the filtering zone are cut out under it, then it is refilled, after preliminary cyclodialysis, into the supraciliary space, peripheral iridectomy is performed and the surface scleral flap is strengthened, while from the lateral faces the sclera flap is cut over its entire length with two autografts in the form of strips with the base to the limb, which are laid diagonally on the scleral bed and they are fixed with sutures, one of them being placed under the surface of the sclera layer-by-layer flap, and the other above it. The use of a method for the treatment of glaucoma allows to achieve a stable hypotensive effect in various forms of glaucoma without increasing the number of complications.
