Abstract

FIELD: production of thermoelectric materials, mainly, production of branches of thermocouples based on bismuth telluride BiTe. SUBSTANCE: the offered device has airtight container of quartz glass in which ingot shaper is made integral with reactor part of container. Combined container is located horizontally on the device and provided with driving coupling to rotate container in tube furnace for synthesis. In addition, the device has unit for zone recrystallization with mechanism for moving the furnace along ingot shaper. EFFECT: increased production of materials due to increased diameter of produced crystal and its length on the existing equipment and operating areas and reduced cost of final material, higher efficiency.

Устройство для получения ТЭМ содержит герметичный контейнер из кварцевого стекла, в котором формообразователь слитка изготовлен заодно с реакторной частью контейнера. Совмещенный контейнер размещен на установке горизонтально и снабжен приводной муфтой, вращающей его в трубчатой печи для синтеза. Кроме того, устройство содержит установку зонной перекристаллизации с механизмом передвижения печи вдоль формообразователя слитка. Данное изобретение позволяет увеличить выпуск материалов за счет увеличения диаметра получаемого кристалла и его длины на существующем оборудовании и производственных площадях, а также снизить стоимость готового материала.Advantageously, the invention can be used in the production of branches of thermocouples based on bismuth telluride Bi 2 Te 3 .
