Abstract

FIELD: technical physics, examination of thermal physical properties of substances. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes action with thermal pulses from line source on to flat surfaces of examined and standard samples, measurement of excessive temperatures at moments of supply of thermal pulses in points located on surface of sample at fixed instances from line of heating. Measured temperatures are compared with minimum error with temperatures of originals formed by program control over measures of thermal physical characteristics. Sought-for characteristics are determined by identified measures and real values of characteristics of standard. Device for identification of complex of thermal physical properties of solid materials has demultiplexer, controlled power supply unit, measurement probe, D.C. amplifier, analog-to-pulse converter, programmed timers connected in series. It is additionally inserted with register and address selector which output bus is connected to address inputs of demultiplexer, first and second programmed timers and register connected correspondingly with first and second inputs to synchronizing input and output of first programmed timer which controlling input is ties up with like bus to corresponding inputs of second programmed timer, address selector of register and output of microcomputer. Address output of the latter is coupled through like bus to proper input of address selector and input-output of microcomputer is connected through like bus to corresponding input of demultiplexer and output of register. EFFECT: expanded range and increased measurement accuracy of thermal physical properties of materials.

Claims (1)

Способ и устройство для идентификации комплекса теплофизических свойств твердых материалов. Предлагаемое изобретение относится к технической физике, а именно к области исследований теплофизических свойств веществ. Техническая задача - повышение диапазона и точности измерения теплофизических свойств материалов. Данная техническая задача достигается тем, что в способе определения теплофизических характеристик, включающем воздействие тепловыми импульсами от линейного источника на плоскую поверхность исследуемого и эталонного образца, измерение избыточных температур в моменты подачи тепловых импульсов в точках, расположенных на фиксированных расстояниях от линии нагрева на поверхности образца, измерение температуры сравнивают с минимальной погрешностью с температурами оригиналов, формируемых посредством программного управления мерами теплофизических характеристик, по идентифицированным мерам и действительным значениям характеристик эталона определяют искомые характеристики. В устройство, содержащее последовательно включенные демультиплексор, управляемый блок питания, измерительный зонд, усилитель постоянного тока, аналого-импульсный преобразователь, программируемые таймеры, дополнительно введены регистр и селектор адреса, выходная шина которого подключена к адресным входам демультиплексора, первого и второго программируемых таймеров и регистра, соединенного первым и вторым входом соответственно с синхронизирующим входом и выходом первого программируемого таймера, управляющий вход которого объединен одноименной шиной с соответствующими входами второго программируемого таймера, селектора адреса регистра и выходом микроЭВМ, адресный выход последней через одноименную шину связан с соответствующим входом селектора адреса, а вход-выход данных микроЭВМ подключен через одноименную шину к соответствующим входу демультиплексора и выходу регистра.Method and device for identifying a complex of thermophysical properties of solid materials.
