FIELD: nuclear and chemical engineering; bimetallic inserts for welding stainless steel pipes with zirconium alloy pipes. SUBSTANCE: adapter is made in the form of overlapped diffusion-welded bushings of metals corresponding to metals of pipes to be welded. Female bushing of adapter is made of stainless steel. Mated surfaces of bushings over entire length of overlapping are provided with alternating projections and recesses, with projections getting into recesses. Overlapped diffusion-welded joint is made with hard diffusion lining of thickness not exceeding 5 μm. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 7 cl, 4 dwg

Claims (1)

Использование: в ядерной технике и химическом машиностроении как биметаллическая вставка при сварке труб из нержавеющих сталей с трубами из циркониевых сплавов. Сущность изобретения: переходник для сварки труб из нержавеющих сталей с трубами из циркониевых сплавов, выполненный в виде нахлесточного диффузионного сварного соединения втулок из металлов, соответствующих металлам свариваемых труб. Охватывающая втулка переходника выполнена из нержавеющей стали, а сопряженные поверхности втулок на всей длине нахлестки имеют чередующиеся между собой выступы и впадины, входящие друг в друга.
