Abstract

FIELD: medicine, more particularly preparation of antitumor drugs of 2nd and 3d generations. SUBSTANCE: oxalate-ion is added to platinum tetrachloroplatinate (II) solution, and mixture is treated successively with solutions of ammonia, isopropylamine and hydrochloric acid. Cis- dichloroaminoisopropylamino platinum (II) thus prepared contains no admixtures of cis-dichlorodiamino platinum (II), cis-dichlorodiisopropyl-amino platinum (II) and potassium chloride. Yield of the desired product is 47%. EFFECT: more efficient preparation process.

Изобретение относится к способам получения чистых соединений платины, в частности цис-дихлороамминизопропиламинплатины (II), которую используют в медицине в качестве противоопухолевых лекарственных средств II и III поколения. Сущность изобретения состоит в следующем: в раствор тетрахлороплатината(II) калия вводят оксалат-ион и обрабатывают смесь последовательно растворами аммиака, изопропиламина и соляной кислоты. Цис-дихлороамминизопропиламинплатины(II), полученный таким способом, не содержит примесей цис-дихлородиамминплатины(II), цис-дихлордиизопропиламинплатины(II), хлористого калия. Выход продукта достигает 47%.The invention relates to methods for producing pure platinum compounds, in particular cis-dichloroamminisopropylamineplatinum (II), which is used in medicine as antitumor drugs of the second and third generation. The cis-dichloroammisinopropylamineplatinum (II) obtained in this way does not contain impurities of cis-dichlorodiammineplatinum (II), cis-dichlorodiisopropylamineplatinum (II), and potassium chloride. The product yield reaches 47%.
