SUBSTANCE: method includes supply of finely dispersed components in jet of ionized gas, heating of component particles, cleaning of their surface and activation in jet of ionized gas, introduction of finely dispersed component in jet of ionized gas into matrix metal melt, mixing of melt by means of magnetic field and formation of ingots. Finely dispersed component is used in form of one or several metals chemically active to material of matrix. Finely dispersed components are introduced at temperature of melt equalling temperature of its liquids. EFFECT: finer microstructure of produced materials.

Изобретение относится к области синтеза металлических материалов с заранее заданными свойствами. Способ включает подачу мелкодисперсного компонента в струю ионизированного газа, нагрев частиц компонента, очистку их поверхности и активацию в струе ионизированного газа, введение мелкодисперсного компонента в струе ионизированного газа в матричный металлический расплав, перемешивание расплава посредством магнитного поля и формирование слитков. В качестве мелкодисперсного компонента используют один или несколько металлов, химически активных к материалу матрицы. Введение мелкодисперсных компонентов осуществляют при температуре расплава, равной температуре его солидуса. Технический результат - более мелкая микроструктура получаемых материалов.The invention relates to the field of synthesis of metallic materials with predetermined properties.
