Abstract

FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves using yarn containing cotton or other material, or mixture of other material and cotton, or mixture of other material with polyester or polyacrylonitrile filament, or mixture of other material with cotton and one of chemical filaments; introducing filaments with linear density of 0.41-3.6 tex into above mentioned yarn. Introduced filaments are produced from lengths of complex viscose filaments having different colors, having round or profiled section distributed in predetermined ratio. Method further involves scutching, carding and spinning one filament or filament mixture; introducing lengths of complex viscose filaments having different colors into mixture of filaments prior to scutching; splitting filaments into separate filaments with linear density of 0.41-3.6 tex during following processing of mixture, with filament cuts introduced having length of 30-40 mm. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified method and improved quality of yarn.

Сущность изобретения: дополнительное введение в состав пряжи, содержащей или хлопок, или ВВМ, или смесь ВВМ с хлопком, или смесь ВВМ с полиэфирными или полиакрилонитрильным волокном, или смесь ВВМ с хлопком и одним из видов химического волокна волокон линейной плотности 0,41 - 3,6 текс, полученных из отрезков комплексных вискозных нитей, окрашенных в разные цвета, круглого или профильного сечения при определенном соотношении, при этом в способе получения пряжи одно волокно или смесь волокон подвергают трепанию, чесанию и прядению, при этом перед трепанием в указанные смеси вводят отрезки комплексных вискозных нитей, окрашенных в разные цвета с последующим их расщеплением на отдельные волокна линейной плотности 0,41 - 3,6 текс в процессе дальнейшей переработки смеси, причем отрезки комплексных вискозных нитей имеют длину 30 - 40 мм.The invention relates to the textile industry and can be used in the manufacture of yarn for woven and knitted products.
