Abstract
FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves inducing anesthesia in preoperative preparation period by intravenously injecting Nubainum at a bolus dose of 0.6-0.8 mg/kg/h 40-60 mg each hour. Nubainum is intravenously injected at a dose of 40-50 mg during premedication period. 7-10 min later, after performing premedication treatment and having begun with diprivine infusion at a dose of 1.0 mg/kg/h, induction is carried out into ketamine anesthesia. Anesthesia is supported by infusing diprivine at a dose of 1.0-3.0 mg/kg/h in combination with Nubainum intravenously injected at a bolus dose of 20-40 mg before making incision, applying 40-60 mg every hour. 60-80 mg of Nubainum is additionally administered at traumatic moments in the course of the operation. Its last injection is carried out 5-10 min before finishing the operation. EFFECT: reduced risk of postoperative complications.
