Abstract

FIELD: metallurgy, in particular, production of contact wire rods. SUBSTANCE: casting-rolling unit has device for melting raw material to obtain melt of predetermined composition in reducing atmosphere, device for modification of melt directed into rotor-type crystallizer with diameter of band being equal to 1.55 m. Crystallizer is provided with trapezium-shaped bore with ratio of large base and height equal to 1.78-1.88. Endless belt defines crystallization zone extending for 110-130 deg and secondary cooling zone extending for 50-54 deg. Unit is further provided with rolling mill and device for abrupt cooling of contact wire rods. This device is positioned between roughing and finishing stands. Inductor for heating billet prior to rolling operation is positioned downstream of rolling mill. EFFECT: increased efficiency, stabilized casting and rolling process, improved quality of surfaces and high mechanical properties.

Изобретение относится к области металлургии, а именно к установкам совмещенного непрерывного литья заготовок из цветных сплавов и их прокатки, и может быть использовано при производстве катанки для контактных проводов. Изобретение позволяет обеспечить стабильный процесс производства с получением высокого качества поверхности и высоких механических характеристик. Это обеспечивается за счет того, что литейно-прокатный агрегат включает средства плавления сырья и получения расплава заданного состава в восстановительной атмосфере, устройство модифицирования направляемого в кристаллизатор расплава, кристаллизатор роторного типа с диаметром бандажа не менее 1,55 м и имеющий выточку в нем в форме трапеции с отношением большего основания к высоте 1,78-1,88, при этом протяженность зоны кристаллизации бесконечной лентой составляет угол 110 - 130o, а протяженность зоны вторичного охлаждения - 50 - 54o. Кроме того в состав агрегата входит прокатный стан, между черновыми и чистовой клетями которого установлено устройство для резкого охлаждения катанки, а перед станом размещен индуктор для нагрева заготовки перед прокаткой.The invention relates to the field of metallurgy, and in particular to plants for combined continuous casting of non-ferrous alloy billets and their rolling, and can be used in the manufacture of wire rod for contact wires.
